Return Conditions
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Item Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, or earrings (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Process

Return Authorization: We'll provide you with return instructions and the shipping address. Please do not send items back without receiving authorization from us.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
