7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, except for the return shipping costs.

We warrant that the products sold are in conformity with the description and free from major defects. In case of a proven defect, please contact us contact@motelrockss.com as soon as possible.
9. Liability
Motelrockss cannot be held responsible for inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet (service interruption, external intrusion, presence of computer viruses, etc.).

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These TOS are governed by the laws of New York . In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts of New York, USA will have jurisdiction.
